Join us for a full-day, all-hands GW Bioinformatics Symposium featuring posters, talks, and roundtable discussions. Open to GW students, staff, and faculty!

9 - 10:45 AM	75 min	Welcome session with coffee and introductions (potentially inviting Deans/Chair for an opening address). Research presentations from various labs, covering topics in health, medical, and public health sciences from different departments and schools.	Raja, Jeet, Suvarna
10:45 - 11 AM	15 min	Refreshment Break.
11:00 - 12:30 PM	90 min	Research presentations from various labs, covering topics in health, medical, and public health sciences from different departments and schools.
12:30 - 2 PM	90 min	Lunch break.
2:00 - 4 PM	120 min	Panel discussion with Howie, Jimmy, and Chen on emerging trends and advancements, followed by research presentations from various labs across CCAS, Engineering, and other disciplines. GW IT Infrastructure & Security Session – Exploring key aspects of IT security and infrastructure at GW. Poster Presentation Session – Showcasing research findings through interactive poster discussions.

Presentation/Discussion Sessions

Each presentation/discussion session will demonstrate the use and practice of GlyGen and CFDE portals and tools. Participants are allowed to ask questions during each session. All the unanswered questions will be addressed by the presenters during the Q&A session at the end of the workshop.

Participants need to bring their laptops and/or smartphones to the workshop. This workshop is being held in conjunction with the 17th Annual International Biocuration Conference (https://ibdc.rcb.res.in/biocuration2024/)

Transportation - Bus departures from two different pickup points have been arranged on the morning of March 5, 2024.  

Bus Departure Timings:

1. RCB, Faridabad: 8:00 A.M (For other participants)
2. Vivanta Surajkund: 8:30 A.M (For participants staying at Vivanta Surajkund)
