The Database of Genotypes and Phenotypes (dbGaP) data relevant to the GW-FEAST project is composed of 246 studies housed in the National Cancer Institute (NCI) collection of datasets for General Research Use (GRU). Access to the data is restricted to authorized users only.

Current cancer types include lung (phs001273.v4.p2) and prostate (phs002056.v1.p1).
